W.W. Enroughty Son, Inc. is a family owned business, which has catered to the industrial and commercial painting market for over 35 years. In the early 1960's, Mr. Enroughty Sr. started out as a self-employed painting contractor, finding time on weekends to teach his son, Wayne, the fine art of commercial painting. In 1986, after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College, Wayne joined forces with his father, formed a corporation, and took W.W. Enroughty Son Painting in a whole new direction. Today, we specialize in everything from traditional paint systems and wall covering to high performance coatings and various abrasive blasting techniques.

In 1992, 93, and 95 we were recognized by The Richmond Chamber of Commerce as a "Rising 25" company, an award that acknowledges the fastest growing privately owned businesses.

We employ 150 skilled craftsmen and have a competent and highly trained staff in our Richmond and Hampton offices.

In 1995, in response to the growing demand for off-site sandblasting and paint application, we opened EPAcoat, Inc. which is a fully-staffed 42,000 square-foot facility located near our office in Richmond. The building is fully equipped with a blast booth as well as a spray room designed for the application of fine finishes.

Over the years we have built a staff of field employees who take pride in providing our clients with the highest quality work performed in a productive, professional, and safe manner. Believing that education is a key to success, we've made a commitment to our employees to provide them with training classes in coatings inspection, application, and safe work practices.
